Returns Policy
At Stiles Tee Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:
Return Requests:
To initiate a return, please email us at stilesteeco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
No Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us right away at stilesteeco@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Times:
We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or postal delays.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Free shipping options may be available for orders over a certain amount—check our promotions page for current offers.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
International Shipping:

Missed or Returned Packages:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
